Representatives of CTU UCEEB Erika Langerová and Šárka Zamykalová recently visited Warsaw, where they held meetings with
the Warsaw University on potential cooperation in the fields of cybersecurity and security research. The discussions focused
primarily on sharing expertise, developing joint research activities, and engaging in international projects addressing current
security challenges.
The visit also included an invited lecture titled Information Resilience, Countering Foreign Influence and Contemporary Cybersecurity:
Instruments for the Protection of Democratic Society, attended by approximately 130 students and members of the university’s
leadership. The lecture addressed current threats in information security, the influence of foreign actors, and tools for
protecting democratic institutions.
The event was held under the auspices of the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Poland, Břetislav Dančák.
