​The goal of the project is to develop innovative glass coatings for windows with enhanced transmission of blue and violet light, as well as coatings for specialized applications—such as greenhouses—and advanced anti-reflective (AR) coatings for retail display screens. In addition, a validated technology will be developed to improve the coating process, specifically in terms of reflectance consistency. The project will deliver three functional samples and one verified technology:

  • an innovative window glass coating with higher blue and violet light transmittance,
  • a specialized coating for greenhouses with enhanced blue and red light transmission,
  • an anti-reflective (AR) coating for retail display screens,
  • a verified technology ensuring coating process control, maintaining reflectance variation between two glass panels produced four hours apart within a 15% margin.
