Antonín Lupíšek is engaged in interdisciplinary research in the field of sustainable construction and building energy, life cycle assessment of buildings and digitization in the construction industry.
In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FSv) of the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in civil engineering, and in 2013 he received his doctorate there. Between 2001 and 2005, he worked as an expert consultant in the field of building physics, building energy and renewable resources (Atelier DEK, EkoWATT, own business). Since 2006, he has been working in various research and management positions at CTU. Since 2013, he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Czech Technical University, where he lectures on sustainable construction. In 2016-2021, he headed the UCEEB Architecture and Environment department. As of July 1, 2021, he is the Director of Science and Research.
