Houses with a positive energy balance represent the long-term future of the construction industry. There are already exemplary examples where this concept works, not only technically, but also economically. CTU UCEEB came up with the initiative to support projects of these buildings in the Czech Republic as well, in cooperation with the German network Effizienzhaus Plus.
The aim of the first workshop was to define the way in which the construction of houses with a positive energy balance will be supported in the future in the Czech Republic. Germany, as an export economy, is very interested in applying itself in the world of technology, which is created during the development of energy-plus houses, not only in the form of direct export, but also by sharing knowledge.
With the aim of familiarizing the Czech professional public with the issue of energy-efficient buildings, two more workshops "Energy-efficient buildings" were held on November 22, 2017 and November 28, 2017. Representatives of companies active on the Czech construction market, as well as representatives of Czech ministries and authorities, representatives of some municipalities and cities, associations, associations and associations gathered.
These workshops not only presented current practice in Germany, but were largely devoted to analyzing the situation in the Czech Republic, both from the point of view of the legislative framework and common construction practice. Possible financial instruments were also mentioned, the inclusion of the topic of energy-plus houses in the platform of energy-efficient buildings, and a comprehensive approach to the preparation of construction and renovation of public buildings was also shown on examples.
The seminar was part of EUSEW Energy Days 2017. Proceedings of the event can be downloaded zde.
