Service offer
We offer environmental impact assessment and certification of building materials, construction products and entire buildings using the standardized LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) method.
EPD processing: For building products in accordance with EN 15 804+A1 and A2 and for other product categories according to the relevant standards. EPD provides measurable information on the environmental performance of the product during its life cycle and is applicable for building certification systems such as SBToolCZ, LEED, BREAM and others.
Outputs: Optimization of production processes (energy and water consumption, waste production, climate impact, eutrophication, etc.) based on inventory and assessment of potential impacts, creation of LCA study, preparation of EPD including assistance in registration of EPD in Czech or foreign program.
Life cycle assessment (LCA)
Comprehensive and simplified analysis: Life cycle assessment, comparison and optimization of building materials, products, structures and buildings based on data from international LCA databases. We offer the development of LCA of buildings in the internationally recognized One Click LCA software.
Outputs: Decision support and improvement of the environmental profile of construction projects.
Green public procurement (GPP)
Setting criteria: We support to set criteria for green public procurement, related to the selection of construction products and reducing the environmental impact of projects.
Expert support
Methodology development: We provide expert support in the development of methodologies for different types of environmental labelling of products and services.
Consultancy: We provide consultation in all situations related to the environmental impact of the built environment.
Training: We will develop customized LCA training for the needs of the client.
