Ing. Jakub Řepka, Ph.D.

Jakub Řepka is a graduate of PhD study program Civil Engineering at the Department of Architectural Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, CTU in Prague under the supervision of Professor Petr Hájek. He has been working at UCEEB, CTU in Prague since 2016. He is a member of Composite Structures team under the leadership of Tomáš Vlach, focusing on high-performance concrete with textile reinforcement. He completed an internship at the Institut für Baustoffe, TU Dresden, under the mentorship of Professor Viktor Mechtcherin. His research focuses mainly on impregnated carbon reinforcements and the possibilities of their use in concrete structures.
