Jan Macháček is a doctoral student of the Civil Engineering study program at the Department of Architectural Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. He teaches subjects Civil Engineering and is part of the composite materials laboratory team, where he deals with sandwich constructions. Thus, Jan searches for an effective combination of traditional and new materials. He is dedicated to designing and modeling these constructions.
