The University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings, in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical
University in Prague and other partners, is preparing the international scientific conference Central Europe towards Sustainable
Building 2025, which will bring together leading experts in the field of sustainable building in Prague from 16 to 19 September

This year's main topics include zero carbon buildings and neighbourhoods, sustainable and resilient urban development, circular
economy and sustainability in building design, innovative technologies and systems, new materials and elements for sustainable
buildings, BIM, artificial intelligence and digitisation in construction, healthy and comfortable indoor environment, sustainable
renovation of cultural and industrial heritage, decision support tools, assessment and modelling of building design.
The scientific committee of the conference accepted more than 130 papers from Czech and international authors. All accepted
and presented papers will be published. The programme will also include a special session dedicated to the topic of digitisation
in the construction industry under the auspices of the European Buildchain project.
