Klára Zámečníková studied sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. As part of the Erasmus programme, she studied for half a year in France at Université Lumière Lyon 2. She has experience in marketing research and organic farming. Currently, she focuses on organisational and social learning, exploring how innovative projects can foster learning, deliver tangible benefits, and support lasting change. She joined the Participatory Planning and Design team at UCEEB in July 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys growing and arranging flowers.
