Mgr. Soňa Stará

Soňa Stará studied Sociology and Social Policy in the Bachelor's degree programme and Public and Social Policy in the Master's degree programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. During and after her studies she gained experience in project management, research implementation and data interpretation in market research as a project manager and customer service specialist. Subsequently, as a CRM manager and analytic and later deputy director of fundraising at People in Need o. p. s., she helped to build a strategy for working with donors, fine-tune fundraising processes, develop a donor CRM system, and use data analysis to provide insights for further development. She has been with the UCEEB since December 2023 and focuses mainly on the social, administrative and economic aspects of the energy transition.
