The aim of the project is to develop a production version of a software tool for pre-demolition audits, which responds to the growing demands for the prevention of construction waste and the effective management of construction materials. Pre-demolition audits are a key tool in circular construction, but their practical application is currently limited by high time, professional and administrative requirements. The project builds on an existing functional prototype, which was pilot-tested with an internal team and external expert users. As part of the transfer voucher, the prototype will be developed into a production version suitable for real deployment in larger construction projects, especially in an environment of cooperation with major development entities. The solution is intended primarily for expert users involved in the preparation of pre-demolition audits and allows for streamlining workflows, increasing the quality of decision-making and reducing audit processing costs.
