As the main partner of the TechSocialCare project, CTU UCEEB conducted a series of in-depth interviews with representatives
of the organizations Chytrá péče, Život 90, Multitone, Municipal Social Services Administration in Most, Social Services
of the City of Kroměříž, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, NAM systém, and Social Services of the Prague 4 City District.
The aim of these meetings was to gain a detailed understanding of their experiences with innovation and the use of assistive
technologies in the field of social and health services. Each of the stakeholders approached so far was given sufficient space
to share practical knowledge and specific examples from their experience.
The discussions focused in particular on the introduction of assistive technologies in the Czech environment, including issues
of accessibility, financing, and the integration of innovative monitoring and support systems. Another important topic was
the role of technology in strengthening the links between health and social care.
The insights and experiences gained will be used to develop recommendations for supporting innovation and sustainability
in the social services system in the Czech Republic.
