Prague 7 continues with other activities on our feasibility study

News, 12/09/2019

In the past years, the University Center for Energy Efficient Buildings of Czech Technical University, thanks to the cooperation with IPR Prague and the city district of Prague 7, participated in the international innovation project Horizon 2020 Triangulum aimed at sharing good practice between European cities. Prague chose Smart home care for the elderly as its central theme.

Thanks to an active approach to the project on the part of the Prague 7 district, service providers and the seniors themselves, scientists from the Czech Technical University UCEEB were able to propose ways to effectively use modern technologies with regard to the needs of all target groups. The result of their efforts was the "Smart home care na Praze 7" feasibility study.

Prague 7 is now following up with an activity whose goal is to develop and test and operate a software tool at the district level that will enable effective client management (case management) across the individual involved departments of the office, the system of social and health services, and possibly also informal care. The Prague 7 district is currently looking for a supplier of the software part of this solution.
