The Strategic Infrastructure Security Team Supports Organisations in Implementing the New Critical Infrastructure Resilience Act
The new Czech Act No. 266/2025 Coll. on the Resilience of Critical Infrastructure Entities introduces new obligations for operators of essential services in the areas of resilience management, risk management, and ensuring the continuity of critical service delivery.
The Strategic Infrastructure Security Team is already providing expert support to several organisations in implementing the requirements of the new legislation. Our approach focuses on helping organisations build upon their existing management systems, documentation, and security measures, rather than creating entirely new frameworks from scratch.

Practical Implementation Instead of Unnecessary Administration
Every organisation starts from a different level of preparedness. We therefore begin by assessing the existing management system, risk management processes, crisis preparedness, Business Continuity Management (BCM), physical and personnel security, the resilience of information and communication systems, and supply chain security.
Based on this assessment, we recommend only those measures that are genuinely necessary to achieve compliance with the new legal requirements.

From Initial Assessment to Long-Term Support
We provide expert support throughout the entire implementation process, including:

• assessing the impact of the new legislation,
• evaluating the organisation's current level of preparedness,
• designing a resilience management system,
• risk management and Business Continuity Management (BCM),
• identifying critical services, assets, and dependencies,
• strengthening supply chain resilience,
• preparing the Resilience Plan,
• developing and updating governance and operational documentation,
• training employees and senior management,
• organising crisis management and security exercises.

Our services may also include methodological support or the provision of an external Critical Infrastructure Manager.
