We can create environmental product declarations

The Sustainable Building Research Team at CTU UCEEB played a key role in the development of EPDs for Fenix Trading s.r.o. products. The newly created documents providing comprehensive information on the environmental impact of products throughout their life cycle were published in Environdec - The International EPD System at the end of November.

Fenix Trading s.r.o., in cooperation with UCEEB, has published EPDs for its key products - ADSV 10520 and ADSV 71100 thermal cables, which are used in construction, industry and other sectors. In addition, we have also jointly produced EPD for the innovative ECOSUN 600 U/U+ radiant panel used for efficient space heating with high energy efficiency. 

The Sustainable Building Research Team of CTU UCEEB provided scientific support in the development of the underlying LCA - Life Cycle Assesment study, and prepared the EPDs in accordance with the regulatory normative documents in the field of environmental labelling. The new EPDs not only provide evidence of the environmental responsibility of manufacturers, but also help their customers and business partners to make environmentally friendly product choices. This initiative is part of a broader trend in the world of companies that are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of sustainability and environmental aspects in their business.
