In cooperation with partners from the international SPARCS project, CTU UCEEB is involved in the preparation of a freely available training course that will provide interested parties with extensive experience gained in the preparation of complex energy projects at the level of neighbourhoods or building complexes. The Czech premiere will take place at the Urbis trade fair in June 2024.
Together with foreign partners, CTU UCEEB produced the filming of the so-called Massive Open Online Course, or MOOC. It is a format of a freely available educational course for practical use in the preparation of complex energy projects at the level of neighbourhoods or building complexes. "The entire course will be about two hours long and will rotate 21 speakers from researchers, city representatives, technology companies and other experts. Their presentations will be complemented by aerial shots of individual demonstration sites of energy-plus neighborhoods. The aim was to make the course lively and attractive for the audience," says Michal Kuzmič from UCEEB.
"We were responsible for the overall scenario of the course. After the post-production is completed in March 2024, we are planning an information campaign to ensure that the know-how gathered over the four years of the project reaches as many people as possible," adds coordinator for cooperation with industry and cities of the CTU UCEEB Jana Vanická Civínová.
