The subject of the project is the development of an autonomous energy centre that will enable heating, ventilation with heat recovery, cooling and hot water preparation in all types of buildings with a primary requirement for the use of renewable energy sources, especially with the prospect of a new generation of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. The project responds to Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and Council, which mandates the reduction of energy consumption and the use of energy sources from renewable sources. According to this Directive, from 31 December 2020 all new buildings are to be buildings with almost zero energy consumption. New buildings must meet strict minimum energy performance requirements. In terms of energy supply, central or block devices that use energy from renewable sources are preferred, incl. heat pumps. The project solves the issue of energy management in buildings with almost zero energy consumption, where the primary goal is to ensure year-round comfortable conditions for the stay of people without high demands on energy consumption.
