We invite you to participate online in the congress of energy efficiency networks in Bavaria, which will take place on 13/7 at 10:00 with the participation of the Bavarian Minister of Finance, coordinators and members of the individual networks. The event takes place within the framework of the EUKI project "Energy Efficiency Networks - Cross-Border Exchange of Experiences in Reducing Energy Intensity". The goal of the congress is to look under the hood of functional Energy Efficiency Networks, which have been operating across the entire territory of Bavaria for many years. The Czech side will be represented by Ing. Jan Špale from CTU UCEEB.

When: Tuesday, July 13 from 10:00 am

The event is intended for Czech municipalities, energy managers and energy service providers and is simultaneously interpreted for Czech applicants.

• 11.00 – 12.00 Current innovation projects from networks in the target triangle ecology-economics-security of supply - panel discussion (representatives of network members)
• 13.00 – 13.30 Possibilities of reducing CO2 in industry - technical possibilities and economic challenges (Schlagmann Poroton company)
• 13.30 – 14.00 Establishing a common heat and area energy network from renewable energies - an implementation project from the digital energy utilization plan of the Berchtesgadener Land district
• 14.30 – 15.00 Establishment and operation of urban hydrogen infrastructure - operational experience and perspectives
• 15.00 – 15.30 Intercity energy utilization of sewage sludge in the mono incinerator in Straubing - current status

The goal of the project supported by EUKI 2020 (EUropean Climate Initiative/Europäische Klimaschutzinitiative) „Sítě energetické účinnosti – Přeshraniční výměna zkušeností se snižováním energetické náročnosti“ is to create in the Czech Republic, following the German model, a network or several networks of entities cooperating in the field of increasing energy efficiency, which will share information and experience and support the creation of other projects focused on innovation, savings and the use of renewable energy sources. This is an original German concept bringing together industrial companies, representatives of cities and municipalities and energy service providers. Individual participants contribute to the operation of their network and, thanks to their membership, obtain the services of energy consultants who design and prepare energy saving projects and measures to increase energy efficiency.

Participation in the meeting is part of the project Cross-border exchange of experience in the field of reducing energy intensity, supported by the EUKI program.
