The project focuses on setting up the strategic management of research and development at selected parts of the CTU in Prague in accordance with the conditions of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct after the recruitment of researchers and further on developing the knowledge, abilities and skills of the CTU staff in Prague in the field of organizational management and strategic management of research and development.
