Jiří Litoš graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1997, majoring in construction technology, and in 2006 he obtained a doctorate there in the field of physical and material engineering, since 2011 he has been an associate professor. Since 1999, he has been employed at the Experimental Centre of FS at CTU as a researcher, since 2013 he has been working at the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings at CTU, and since 2014 he has been the head of the accredited laboratory OL181 FSv EC and CTU UCEEB.
