The presented development project is focused on the development of an industrially usable virtual concentration/viscosity sensor for special - abrasive suspensions.
The goal of the project is both the development and testing of a functional sample of a viscosity sensor applied to pumps in heavy industry transporting special suspensions, as well as the development of software for a virtual viscosity sensor applied to pumps, which is an essential part of the solution of the presented project. The developed functional sample will be verified as part of the semi-operation. The principle of indirect measurement was not found during the patent search and will be protected by a utility model.
