Hana Najmanová is a scientific and research worker in the fire laboratory team (FireLAB) and a PhD student at the Department of Building Construction, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. The subject of her scientific research is the area of evacuation of people and human behavior during a fire, she deals with the analysis of experimental data from large-scale laboratory tests and practice evacuation exercises and the use of this data in fire engineering, e.g. mathematical modeling of the movement of people. In his dissertation, he deals with the specific conditions of evacuation of preschool children aged 3-6 years. In a broader context, he is interested in the field of advanced fire engineering methods and their application in solving fire safety.
