Ing. Jakub Hájek

Jakub Hájek studied Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Already during his studies, he was involved in laboratory work at UCEEB, where he developed concrete reinforced with technical textiles. In October 2021, he started doctoral studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, where he teaches civil engineering. At UCEEB, he continues his research as part of the composite materials laboratory team and studies the possibilities of using natural materials as alternative reinforcement for concrete.
