Jana acquired her theoretical knowledge while studying English Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics at the Czech University of Life Sciences, and supplemented her practical knowledge during her participation in a double-degree master's programme at Grenoble École de Management in France, during which she expanded her studies to include another foreign language and focused more on management and teamwork in addition to finance. She deepened her practical knowledge in the field by working in the private sector and, since 2015, also at CTU UCEEB, first as an assistant secretary and then as a financial project manager. She is currently working in the Urban Innovation and Interdisciplinary Cooperation team.
