Jaroslav Hejl graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague with a bachelor's degree in Building Construction and a master's degree in Buildings and the Environment with a focus on building construction. He completed his master's degree in 2014. During his studies, he did internships in Ljubljana and Aachen. He now works on building acoustics in the acoustics laboratory at the Czech Technical University UCEEB.
