Jiří Bečka graduated in 2022 from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in Buildings and Environment. At present he continues at this faculty with his PhD studies in Acoustics. His focus is on the use of renewable and recycled materials in sound insulating building elements. In practice he is also engaged in noise and acoustics measurements in buildings. Since 2024, he has been part of TAČR project at UCEEB. This project deals with sustainable civil engineering.
