Petr Ptáček is a graduate of the Wood Technology department at the TU Woodworking Faculty in Zvolen (1994). He completed his doctoral studies in the field of wood processing technology at the TU Woodworking Faculty in Zvolen (1998). He is dedicated to wood and wood-based materials. Diagnostics of faults in wooden buildings, protection of wood and wooden structures.
