In 1980, he graduated from Fine Mechanics and Optics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at CTU, in 1987 he obtained a CSc. in the Sun Institute of the Turkmen Academy of Sciences in Ashgabat with a dissertation on the topic of Solar concentrates - linear Fresnel lenses. He worked at the FzU of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, BU of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, then founded ENKI, ops, where he still works today. Since 2014, part-time at UCEEB.
