As part of the cooperation between the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings of CTU and Linnaeus University in Växjö, tests of a new board material developed by Swedish researchers are underway in the Bustěhrad laboratories.
The representatives of one of the largest Swedish universities chose the Materiály a konstrukce budov ČVUT UCEEB research team for cooperation on the basis of references on previous tests carried out in Bustehrad laboratories. At our workplace, complex and unusual shear tests were performed perpendicular to the plane of the plate, which required demanding preparation of the sample attachment according to the requirements of the standards. Their successful execution will lead to further cooperation with Linnaeus university in the future.
