Preliminary fire resistance tests of building structures

Service offer
We offer the preparation, implementation and interpretation of indicative fire resistance tests of unloaded building structures on a medium scale in the MiniFUR fire furnace developed by us.

We offer:
  • test methodology proposal (the furnace can be heated according to the so-called standard temperature curve according to ISO 834, or according to any heating scheme according to the wishes of the customer),
  • examination lasting up to 90 minutes,
  • tests of up to two wall elements, net dimension of one sample up to 0.8 x 0.8 m,
  • ceiling element tests, clear sample size up to 1.2 x 0.8 m,
  • tests of the combination (connections) of wall and ceiling elements,
  • tests of rod structural elements inside the furnace,
  • tests of details in building structures, for example penetrations.

As part of development, the customer will receive effective information about the possible behavior of structural elements under fire before testing them in large-scale standardized fire resistance tests, which are technically, time- and financially demanding.
