The goal is to create a methodology that will clarify and facilitate the decision-making process for municipalities in the planning, commissioning and implementation of close-to-nature HDV system solutions in the built-up area of the municipality. Furthermore, with the help of a catalog of measures, he will show them examples of possible solutions for HDV elements in an urbanized environment according to the nature of the village and the given locality. This document will be a tool that will make it easier for municipalities to formulate requirements and criteria for the demand for solutions (e.g. when awarding public contracts) in a user-friendly way.
A parallel benefit of creating the methodology is the opening of an interdisciplinary discussion of social and technical sciences (urban engineering, transport engineering, architecture, urbanism, landscape architecture, ecology, economics), which will lead to a quality result acceptable to these disciplines.
