We offer comprehensive support to developers and builders in planning the new construction of buildings and entire neighbourhoods. We get involved in projects already in the pre-project phase, we help builders with the formulation of their requirements and goals from the point of view of energy and wider sustainability. In the next phases of the project, we are working on energy, structural and ecological concepts. We can also advise on detailed technical solutions or review the project documentation supplied by the design office and suggest improvements to be incorporated.

We are a professional guide for the preparation of construction plans for buildings and public spaces when mapping needs and formulating assignments for designers.
In the pre-project phase we advise in the area conceptual design of energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings from conceptual design, through architectural and construction solutions to the appropriate use of technical building systems (heating, ventilation, cooling) and the choice of energy sources.
We provide consultations during the preparation and during architectural competitions.
We oppose proposed technical solutions or processed documentation of development projects of new buildings and building renovation projects to verify the suitability of the proposed solution in relation to the client's goals, achieving savings potential, energy efficiency of the design solution and reducing the impact on the environment.
We participate in the creation of an energy and ecological concept of buildings, we develop energy analyzes using advanced simulation methods with a link to investment and operational savings of complex technical building systems (heating, ventilation, cooling) and energy sources (conventional, renewable, micro-cogeneration).
Our analyzes and simulations serve for sustainability certification using the LEED, BREEAM, SBToolCZ and other systems.
We create concepts of sustainable neighbourhoods and we propose an energy standard for them, a method of energy supply, a material solution with regard to the circular economy and elements of blue-green infrastructure.

Envilop is a proposal for a solution for a lightweight panel-type perimeter skin based on wood. The light envelope was designed as part of the Intelligent Buildings project (CZ.1.05/3.1.00/13.0283) from the Operational Program Research and Development for Innovations of the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is financed by the EU and the state budget of the Czech Republic.
