We offer construction manufacturers research support and a comprehensive service for the development of new products and support for their certification and marketing. We can help with obtaining financial support for the development of innovative products and services.
We provide the following services:
We help with the design of new products and building systems including simulations of mechanical behaviour and physical verification of their mechanical properties.
We work together on the design of building products in terms of heat transfer and moisture diffusion in constructions from thermal and humidity simulations to verification using small-scale tests and real-scale tests to long-term monitoring of the thermal and humidity behaviour of built-in products.
We comprehensively design construction and elements in terms of fire safety including supporting simulations, small-, medium- or large-scale fire tests and provision of certification tests in cooperation with our partners.
We measure acoustic properties
OF building elements in the most modern acoustic chambers in the Czech Republic.
We long-term monitor building elements, structures and entire buildings using custom-built sensor networks with wireless data collection and their visualization in the cloud.
We assess the life cycle of construction products (LCA) and we provide Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), carbon footprint measurement of products and services.

Envilop is a proposal for a solution for a lightweight panel-type perimeter skin based on wood. The light envelope was designed as part of the Intelligent Buildings project (CZ.1.05/3.1.00/13.0283) from the Operational Program Research and Development for Innovations of the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is financed by the EU and the state budget of the Czech Republic.
